keyes.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides AI infrastructure products including GitDB, Vector, Memory, and Embedded Robotics. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at keyes.ai and related services (the “Service”).

  • Contact information when you email or message us.

  • Pages visited and interaction timestamps.

  • We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

  • To process and confirm your waitlist signup.
  • To send you a verification email and, once verified, occasional product updates about beta access.
  • To respond to your inquiries.
  • To improve the Service and fix bugs.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal bases for processing your data are:

We use the following third-party services to operate:

  • Cloud hosting and CDN: For serving the website, DNS, and bot protection.
  • Transactional email: To send waitlist verification emails only.
